Where required, custom air bricks and adaptors can be produced to suit individual designs. Powder-coated finishes are available in the full RAL Classic range, achieving Class A2-s1, d0 compliance.

Grille Box Configurations

Top Entry Grille Boxes

Square or rectangular top entry grille boxes can be specified with or without flanges. A range of box heights and standard spigot options are available, with the ability to fine-tune dimensions and include 6mm acoustic insulation for enhanced noise control.

Side Entry Grille Boxes

Side entry grille boxes are available in square or rectangular formats, with or without flanges. All common spigot configurations can be selected, alongside optional 6mm acoustic insulation and customised sizing.

Multi-Spigot Plenum Boxes

Designed for HVAC applications requiring multiple connections, our multi-spigot plenum boxes are available with two, three, or four spigots. Customers can specify box heights, spigot sizes, and flange types to ensure correct connection to fan coil units and associated equipment. Optional 6mm acoustic insulation is also available.

For projects requiring more than four spigots or non-standard configurations, our technical team is available to provide fully bespoke solutions.
