Thermo Box
Ventmann Thermo Boxes are insulated, flat-packed plenum solutions designed for efficient handling, transport, and on-site storage. They are quick to assemble by folding into shape and securing with the supplied screws using a standard SQ2 bit, with pre-drilled fixing points for accuracy and speed.
Each Thermo Box features pre-scored knock-outs for 125mm, 160mm, or 200mm connections, allowing flexible ducting integration. Spigots (by others) are fixed externally using appropriate technical screws and/or sealant.
Available in three lengths to align with Ventmann linear diffusers and three width codes (A, B, C), VT Thermo Boxes ensure precise compatibility and reliable thermal performance in both residential and commercial installations.

About Thermo Boxes
Ventmann Thermo Boxes are high-performance insulated plenum boxes engineered to enhance airflow efficiency while reducing heat loss and condensation within HVAC systems. Installation is fast and reliable, with the box folded into position and secured using the included fixings and a standard SQ2 driver. Pre-drilled fixing points ensure accurate alignment, consistent build quality, and reduced installation time.
To support flexible ductwork layouts, each Thermo Box includes factory pre-scored knock-outs for 125mm, 160mm, and 200mm duct connections. External spigots (by others) are mounted using suitable self-drilling screws and sealing methods to create a secure, airtight connection.
