Shipping policy

At PureClima, we take great care in ensuring that your order arrives safely and on time. Due to the specific nature of our products, some items like Gypsum air diffusers or large MVHR units are shipped on pallets to guarantee maximum protection during transport.

Delivery Options

Next Day Delivery:

• Available for all orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the following business day.
• Delivery is carried out using a specialised pallet courier to ensure your products arrive undamaged.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping costs for accessories range from £3 to £12. Further details are provided at checkout once the delivery address has been added.
• Shipping costs for diffusers and plenum boxes are £12 per item.
• A maximum shipping charge of £50  will be applied per order.
• The delivery charge for PLINE and LINE models with a length of 1250 mm is £50 per order.
• Any additional items beyond this threshold will be shipped free of extra charge.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for arranging unloading and moving products from the delivery point.

Damages or Issues

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please report it immediately to our customer service team with photos of the pallet and items.
