Ventmann Thermo Boxes are high-performance, insulated plenum boxes engineered to optimise airflow control while minimising thermal loss and condensation risk. Designed with practicality in mind, they are flat packed to simplify transportation, reduce storage space on site, and improve overall handling efficiency during installation.

Assembly is fast and intuitive: the unit is folded into its final form and secured using the supplied fixings with a standard SQ2 driver, guided by factory pre-drilled holes to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and repeatable results.

For maximum installation flexibility, each Thermo Box incorporates pre-scored knockout panels suitable for 125mm, 160mm, or 200mm duct connections. These apertures can be removed as required, allowing the installer to adapt the box to project-specific ductwork layouts. The duct spigot (by others) is then mounted externally using appropriate self-drilling screws, mechanical fixings, and/or sealing compounds to achieve an airtight connection.

VT Thermo Boxes are available in three standard lengths (625mm, 1000mm, and 1250mm) to align precisely with Ventmann linear slot diffusers, ensuring consistent airflow distribution and seamless system integration. In addition, three width codes (A, B, and C) are offered to match diffuser specifications—accurate selection is essential for optimal fit and performance.
