We are very proud that the Ventmann Performance Linear Slot Diffuser won the coveted reddot award showing how innovative this product is. The curved inner faces of this grille allow the air to be directed either side of the unit and utilise the coanda effect causing the airflow to adhere to the surrounding ceiling or wall. This allows a wide dispersal of air whilst reducing the perceptible airflow in the room.

Fixing
- Standard fixing of our slot diffusers is by use of a standard plasterboard jointing compound which can be sanded and painted. On new-build sites, the plenum and diffusers are normally hung together and the plasterboard then cut and introduced to the face of the diffuser. Compact external 2-zone control
The external 2-zone control system divides the home into day and night zones, allowing ventilation to be managed intelligently based on how the space is used.
Ventilation demand is continuously regulated using CO₂ and humidity sensors, ensuring fresh air is supplied only where and when it is required, and always in the correct volume. This zonal approach maximises energy efficiency while significantly improving both acoustic and thermal comfort.
External multi-zone valve for DucoBox Energy Comfort
The external multi-zone valve enhances zonal ventilation performance and offers the following key advantages:
1) Space-saving installation
Multi-zone valves are fitted directly into supply ducts (Ø125 or Ø160) and require just 78 mm of installation depth. They can be positioned anywhere within the ductwork, giving installers complete freedom to optimise placement based on accessibility and installation convenience.

Zonal ventilation targets only the rooms that are occupied, rather than ventilating the entire home continuously. This intelligent airflow management can reduce energy consumption by up to 40%, lowering the load on both the ventilation unit and the heating system.
