Masterflash silicone pipe flashings seal round pipes, flues and ducts where they pass through a roof. The flexible silicone cone is trimmed on site to the pipe diameter and the soft aluminium base is dressed to the roof profile, giving a watertight seal on most sheet, tile and membrane roofs in minutes.
