The Panasonic CZ-TAW1B connects an Aquarea heat pump (H Generation onwards) to the internet, unlocking Aquarea Smart Cloud app control for the homeowner and Aquarea Service Cloud remote maintenance for the installer.
From the iOS or Android app you can adjust hot water and up to two heating zones, set a weekly timer and switch on holiday mode from anywhere. With your consent, an accredited installer can view error codes, run diagnostics and fine-tune settings remotely, cutting site visits and keeping the heat pump running at peak efficiency – which can also extend the manufacturer warranty when installed and maintained by an accredited installer (terms apply).
The adapter works with wired or wireless LAN home routers.
