The Panasonic CZ-RTC5B is a high-specification hard-wired remote controller for PACi and PACi NX indoor units, with a clear 3.5-inch LCD that shows temperature, mode, fan speed and – on PACi units with an "A" suffix – live energy consumption.
Panasonic Light ID technology (DataNavi) lets you hold a smartphone to the controller's display to pull system information and jump straight to manuals via the Comfort Cloud server. A weekly timer, six languages, group control of up to eight indoor units and optional EcoNavi occupancy sensing round out the feature set. For most new installations the CZ-RTC6/CZ-RTC6BL is the current replacement.
