The Panasonic U-140PZ3E5 is a 14.0kW single-phase PACi NX Standard outdoor unit – Panasonic's economy commercial condenser for single split systems with cassette, ducted, wall or under-ceiling PACi NX indoor units.

The Standard series covers 2.5–14.0kW and pairs value with top-class efficiency in its category (SEER 8.1 A++ / SCOP 4.8 A++ at 3.6kW with a 90 × 90 cassette). Advanced inverter compressor technology matches output to load, and the low-height single-fan chassis is slim and light for easy siting.

3-wire power and communication make replacing old systems simple, and the extended operating range covers cooling at up to 43°C and heating down to -15°C. This model can also run two indoor units simultaneously as a PACi NX Standard twin system.
